Before prices increase on May 1, 2025, buyers still have the opportunity to secure introductory Founder’s pricing, enjoy 60 days for due diligence, and receive exclusive benefits including:

With the resort staying open through May 4, April is the perfect time to tour our remaining homesites in Phases I and II, while experiencing some of the best spring skiing of the year.

Don’t Miss the Costume Slalom April 12th
Get ready for one of the most entertaining events of the season—the Costume Slalom at Brian Head Resort’s Spring Carnival on Friday, April 12 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Race Course on the Giant Steps side.
Whether you’re skiing in costume or just there to cheer from the sidelines, this event brings together creativity, competition, and springtime fun.
Participants of all ages will race in their most imaginative (and family-friendly) outfits, and prizes will be awarded for speed and standout costumes.
Schedule Highlights:
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Check-in & costume inspection
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Slalom races by age category
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Costume contest judging & awards ceremony
